Homeless Issue we must change

There are no easy answers. There are no quick programs, or simple solutions.

What our communities have are hurting people, families, and those who feel discarded and alone. And need our help. Throwing money and resources at the problem is not the long-term solution that builds and empowers a community.

What can do this are people and efforts designed to assist with both the short-term and long-term goals. I have been fortunate to be the documentarian with Tulare HHSA to capture the extraordinary efforts and innovative programs that are making a from this CAPTURE C.A.R.E. project I filmed and edited, to the upcoming Project RoomKey, we are making a difference in this community.
